2026 Benefit Bash Online Auction
Help us build an outstanding silent auction to support our kids!
Please help us succeed in our PPAS PTA Benefit Bash fundraising goals by gathering donations for our silent auction! The silent auction will be available online by April 19 and at our Benefit Bash on Sunday, May 3. All auction proceeds go directly toward elevating the arts experience for every PPAS student.
We’re seeking auction items of all kinds — and every contribution counts, big or small. We welcome:
- Gift cards (even a coffee treat from Starbucks!)
- Dining experiences — from your favorite local takeout to high-end restaurants
- Holiday stays or getaway packages
- Artwork, collectibles, luxury items, sports memorabilia
- Tickets to sporting events, Broadway shows, movies, concerts, performances
- Gift baskets and specialty products
- Professional services, college coaching, headshots, classes
- One-of-a-kind experiences
Consider the businesses you visit every day — the café where you grab and go, your florist, hairdresser, local bistro, gym, etc. Many small businesses are delighted to contribute, especially when they hear about your student’s journey and growth at PPAS. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Know a business owner? Reach out to your employer, local providers, family, friends, close connections. The more varied our auction items — at a range of values — the more funds we can raise while creating an exciting auction experience!

Shawn Dell Receives 2025 Reach for the Stars Honor
Congratulations to outgoing PTA President Shawn Dell, our inaugural Reach for the Stars honoree! Presented at the Celebration, the award was created to honor outstanding individuals who embody the core values that define the spirit of the PPAS community. Shawn has demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment and a passion for the arts that has shaped the lives of students, parents and the entire PPAS family. Thank you Shawn!
