To our 2025–26 Stars Fund supporters: THANK YOU! ❤️
Your generosity makes a real difference for our students, programs, and performing arts experience at PPAS. We’re so grateful to have you in our community!
Each school year, we launch a new Stars Fund campaign rather than automatically carrying over recurring donations. This gives you the opportunity to renew or adjust your support each year.
🔄 Returning Donors: How to Renew
If you were a recurring donor last school year, please follow these steps:
1. Cancel your previous recurring donation in RallyUp. Instructions are below.
2. Keep your RallyUp account! Please do not delete it. Your account allows you to participate in all things PPAS/PTA, including purchasing show tickets.
3. Sign up again through our new 2026–27 Stars Fund campaign:
4. Choose your gift amount and preferred recurring frequency (e.g., monthly). That’s it!
🎁 Thank-You Gifts for Donors
We love celebrating your generosity!
- Monthly gifts of $5 or more: Receive a sweet treat when you renew!
- Monthly gifts of $25 or more: Receive a sweet treat and a PPAS-branded gift!
- One-time gifts of $50 or more: Receive a PPAS souvenir book, while supplies last!
Already renewed? Email VPFundraising@PPASPTA.org to arrange delivery of your gift through your child or at an upcoming PPAS PTA general meeting or event.
Unsure of your current monthly donor status? Contact VPFundraising@PPASPTA.org, and we’ll help confirm your details.
📝 How to Cancel Your Previous Recurring Donation
Step 1: Log in to RallyUp.
Visit RallyUp.com and sign in using the email address associated with your donation.
Step 2: Find your recurring donation.
Navigate to My Account → My Donations → Recurring. Locate your PPAS Stars Fund donation, click the three dots, and select Cancel Donation.
This stops future payments while keeping your RallyUp account and donation history intact.
Step 3: Renew for 2026–27.
Visit our new 2026–27 Stars Fund campaign, select your gift amount and preferred payment frequency, and complete your donation.
New to the Stars Fund? ✨ You can join us, too! Sign up for the 2026–27 Stars Fund here. The thank-you gifts above apply to new donors as well!
💫 Help Our PPAS Stars Shine!
The sooner we renew, the sooner we can watch this year’s campaign total grow and work toward our fundraising goals for PPAS students and the greater school community.
Has your child graduated? We hope you’ll consider continuing your support! Your talented graduates are now part of our prestigious alumni community, and you’ll always be part of the PPAS family. ❤️
Please share our 2026–27 Stars Fund campaign with friends, family, and fellow PPAS supporters. Together, we can do more for our students and help secure the future of the performing and film arts.
Thank you for believing in PPAS and helping all our students shine!
With much gratitude—and a very happy fundraising-team dance,
The PPAS Fundraising Team
