Bottom Line  http://www.bottomline.org/Bottom Line provides consistent one-on-one support surrounding the following topics: essay writing, college  applications, financial aid, scholarship, and more. Bottom Line has helped thousands of low-income and first generation students stay in college and complete their degrees.Grade  11

East Harlem Tutorial Program  https://ehtp.org/East Harlem Tutorial Program (EHTP) gives kids the opportunities they would have if they were born 20 blocks south.  They teach reading, math and science, provide one-to-one tutoring, prepare kids for college, help them get  accepted, and build the social skills they’ll need to succeed.Grade  9, 10  and 11

Fordham Step  https://www.fordham.edu/info/20964/stepSTEP at Fordham University is a rigorous academic enrichment program designed to help prepare junior high and  high school students for licensed professions and scientific, technical and health-related careers. STEP also seeks to  increase the representation of historically underrepresented minorities and economically disadvantaged people in  these fields.All
Girls Write Now  https://www.girlswritenow.org/GWN is a community of women writers dedicated to providing guidance, support, and opportunities for high school  girls to develop their creative, independent voices, and write their way to a better future. We do this work through  our Writing and Mentoring Program, which matches professional women writers with underserved high school girls  for a one- to four-year mentorship; our Digital Media Mentoring Program, in partnership with Parsons The New  School for Design and with leadership support from the MacArthur Foundation-funded Hive Digital Learning Fund in  the New York Community Trust, which matches digital media professionals and New School graduate mentors with  underserved high school girls for a one- to four-year mentorship; and our College Bound Program, which helps all  New York City girls successfully navigate the college essay and application process through resume and college essay  writing workshops and a full day informational seminar.All
